Head of Sales E-Commerce Logistics

JOB PURPOSE:

Head of Sales – International E-commerce Logistics to lead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and scale our cross-border e-commerce logistics ecosystem across global markets. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute sales strategies for International E-commerce Logistics and Cross-border Fulfillment services.
• Drive new business development with Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, TikTok Shop sellers, exporters, brands, and international trading companies.
• Lead and grow the E-commerce Sales team to achieve aggressive revenue and market expansion targets.
• Consult clients on integrated logistics solutions including Fulfillment, International Shipping, T86, USPS last-mile, Express Delivery, and Warehouse Services.
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers, logistics partners, marketplaces, and cross-border e-commerce ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Technology teams to optimize customer experience and service quality.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and cross-border e-commerce opportunities to drive business growth.
• Develop scalable sales processes, pipeline management, KPI systems, and commercial strategies.
• Take ownership of revenue growth, shipment volume, profitability, and customer retention for the E-commerce Logistics business unit.

 JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, International Express, Cross-border E-commerce, or Fulfillment Sales.
• Proven experience leading high-performance sales teams and delivering strong business growth.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, Fulfillment, T86, USPS, international shipping, and e-commerce logistics operations.
• Strong network within cross-border seller communities, exporters, brands, or international logistics ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Strategic mindset with strong business development and solution-selling capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, pipeline management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English communication skills; candidates from global logistics or e-commerce companies are highly preferred.
• Must be a Vietnamese citizen. Must be able to work in Hanoi (accommodation costs are not included in the allowance policy for this position).
