JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and manage a team of sales staff to achieve growth and revenue goals
  • Carry out management and coordination tasks of the Department's business
  • Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results and business expansion.
  • Seek to develop relationships with customers and partners in the field of operation.
  • Caring for and building mechanisms for customers to increase customer base to maintain monthly and annual revenue.
  • Be brave in recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring the work performance of sales staff
  • Build and provide optimal services, plan step by step when signing the contract.
  • Identify potentials and variation fields; At the same time, update the situation of gamers and strategic competitions.
  • Participate in negotiations, negotiations, and signing of sales contracts.
  • Build database and organize customer information management.
  • Receive and coordinate with departments to resolve and process customer feedback and entertainment quickly and most effectively.
  • Associate and participate in associations related to the Transport and Logistics industry.
  • Review and evaluate sales staff's weekly/monthly plans to complete and evaluate the given criteria.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from University or higher, majoring in import-export, foreign trade, maritime...
  • Have 5 or more years of experience.
  • Having knowledge of foreign trade operations, understanding laws, circulars, and decrees on customs is an advantage.
  • Good at using: Excel, Powerpoint, word
  • Foreign language: Good English, reading and understanding business correspondence, understanding specialized English terms.
    Other requirements:
  • Have qualities suitable for customer service work, know how to listen and persuade customers well
  • Have team spirit, work effectively in groups, and respect superiors and colleagues.
