1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for prospecting, maintaining, and expanding customer networks, and developing business in the import-export transportation services between Vietnam and international destinations.
Provide detailed information to clients about agents and detailed cargo information to agents.
Monitor cargo from the point of shipment by sea or air until it arrives at the port or airport.
Verify costs, adjust if necessary, and send shipment notifications to customers upon receipt of documents from the Documentation department.
Provide customer support.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from colleges or universities related to Foreign Trade, Transportation, Economics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position of Sales Executive in maritime/air cargo.
Experience in customer service; ability to negotiate with customers and subcontractors.
Dynamic, creative, willing to learn.
Candidates with proficiency in additional languages such as English/Korean/Japanese are preferred.
