1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contact agents/shipping lines to obtain bookings.
• Check the scheduled cargo arrival, declare manifests, send cargo arrival notices, and issue delivery orders.
• Send SI (Shipping Instructions), VGM (Verified Gross Mass) to shipping lines, draft BL (Bill of Lading), and send pre-alerts.
• Receive and coordinate with sales to resolve customer inquiries and issues arising during transportation.
• Monitor/supervise shipments from start to completion.
• Support the sales team in checking prices with agents.
• Prepare payment settlement files for shipments within deadlines.
• Prepare advance payment requests, refunds, and payments, and reconcile advance payment settlements and debt balances for monitored shipments.
• Maintain, nurture, and develop relationships with suppliers (shipping lines/airlines, freight forwarders, etc.).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head or assigned by the Board of Directors.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Import-Export or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service position.
• Preferably with experience in both Sea and Air freight.
• Strong problem-solving and situation-handling skills.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills.
