Strategic Partnership between Logistics and “Made-in-Vietnam” Technology

Under the agreement, the two sides will co-develop smart warehouse systems integrating autonomous robotics and AI-powered warehouse management, aiming to automate the entire cargo handling process — from receiving and sorting to storage and dispatch.

This partnership marks a major milestone in Vietnam Post Logistics’ logistics modernization journey and demonstrates its strategic vision of “technology as the foundation for sustainable growth.”

The collaboration represents not only an economic alliance but also a model partnership between a Vietnamese logistics leader and a Vietnamese technology innovator.

Within the framework of cooperation, both companies will deploy standardized smart warehouse models, featuring autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and AI-based real-time tracking solutions.

Once fully implemented, the model is expected to multiply Vietnam Post Logistics’ processing capacity, shorten delivery times, and reduce operational costs and risks — positioning the company to meet the surging logistics demands of cross-border e-commerce and international trade in Vietnam.

Vietnam Post Logistics – A Pioneer in Technology-Driven Logistics

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Cường – Director of Vietnam Post Logistics emphasized that the collaboration with Phenikaa-X represents a strategic step in Vietnam Post Logistics’ digital transformation roadmap.

He stated that Vietnam Post Logistics aims to integrate smart technologies, big data, and AI into every aspect of operations — from warehousing and transportation to supply chain management. This direction aligns with Vietnam’s National Digital Transformation Program and Vietnam Post Logistics’ commitment to sustainable logistics development.

With its nationwide logistics network and experience handling millions of shipments annually, Vietnam Post Logistics is restructuring its infrastructure toward intelligence, flexibility, and data optimization. The company continues to invest in modern logistics centers, big data-driven management systems, and real-time digital platforms enabling customers to track their shipments with transparency and precision.

The partnership with Phenikaa-X is therefore a natural evolution, propelling Vietnam Post Logistics closer to its goal of building a comprehensive, smart, and sustainable logistics ecosystem.

Phenikaa-X is a pioneering Vietnamese company specializing in autonomous robotics, industrial automation, and intelligent operation systems. Collaborating with Vietnam Post Logistics allows its technologies to be applied on a national scale, contributing to Vietnam’s logistics digital transformation and global competitiveness.

Accelerating Vietnam’s Move Toward Smart, Automated Logistics

The implementation of smart warehouse models holds significant implications not only for the two companies but also for the entire Vietnamese logistics industry.

As e-commerce continues to surge, especially during seasonal peaks, automation technology helps logistics providers reduce labor pressure, increase processing speed, and enhance accuracy in every operation stage.

Moreover, as Vietnam pursues green and energy-efficient logistics infrastructure, smart warehouses — characterized by optimized management and low energy consumption — provide a practical foundation for sustainable logistics growth.

Shaping the Future of Smart Logistics in Vietnam

The partnership between Vietnam Post Logistics and Phenikaa-X marks a turning point in the modernization of Vietnam’s logistics sector, setting a new direction where technology is the key and efficiency defines success.

By combining Vietnam Post Logistics’ operational strength with Phenikaa-X’s advanced automation technologies, the two companies are jointly defining a new benchmark for Vietnamese logistics — smarter, faster, more precise, and more sustainable.
