Amidst increasingly vibrant import-export activities and the growing demand for fast, transparent customs procedures, strengthening connections between government management agencies and the business community has become an essential requirement.

In line with the Government’s policy of customs reform and modernization, Vietnam Post Logistics is honored to accompany the Sub-Department of Customs Area IV – Ha Nam Customs in organizing the 2025 business dialogue conference series, aiming to resolve difficulties and support enterprises in complying with customs procedures accurately and effectively.

Joining Hands to Create a Favorable Business Environment

According to the approved plan, Ha Nam Customs will organize four direct dialogue conferences with businesses in 2025, focusing on enterprises with foreign investment from Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and other nationalities. These conferences aim to promote the unit’s operating principles, introduce modern management models, and guide businesses in complying with the law, while directly addressing difficulties and obstacles arising during import-export processes.

The key focus of these conferences is to disseminate new legal regulations, guide enterprises on electronic customs procedures, reduce paperwork, shorten customs clearance time, and summarize any arising recommendations to report to higher authorities for resolution.

This proactive solution helps businesses confidently comply with the law, improve their competitiveness, and thereby promote import-export turnover and the sustainable development of Ha Nam province in particular and the Vietnamese economy in general.

At the first conference, scheduled for June 27, 2025, the group of Taiwanese-invested enterprises will have the opportunity to exchange directly with Ha Nam Customs leadership and specialized departments. The following conferences, for enterprises from Korea, Japan, and other countries, will be held periodically throughout 2025.

Vietnam Post Logistics: A Trusted Bridge for the Business Community

By accompanying this conference series, Vietnam Post Logistics affirms its role as a prestigious end-to-end logistics partner, committed to supporting the business community in carrying out safe, efficient, and legally compliant import-export procedures.

With its network covering all provinces of Vietnam and over 230 countries and territories worldwide, Vietnam Post Logistics proactively brings optimal solutions in transportation, storage, and international order processing. In the context that many small and medium-sized enterprises are still unclear about customs regulations, Vietnam Post Logistics continues to act as a consultant and guide, enabling them to focus on their core business and reduce unnecessary costs.

Enhancing Business Competitiveness

In addition to providing answers directly at the conferences, VNPL also cooperates closely with Ha Nam Customs to build guidance documents, frequently asked question sets, and shares them with enterprises before and after the conferences. This helps businesses better prepare their documentation, reduce errors, and avoid repeated supplementation, thereby saving considerable time and resources.

Ha Nam Customs has also affirmed its commitment to strengthening communication channels through its electronic portal, hotlines, and suggestion boxes, complementing the direct dialogue model to ensure all questions and feedback from enterprises are promptly and accurately received and handled.

This is a progressive step in the digital age, demonstrating the determination of the customs sector in administrative procedure reform, while meeting the increasingly high demands of the international import-export market.

Toward Sustainable Development

Vietnam Post Logistics is committed to a long-term partnership with the customs authorities and the business community, not only within the 2025 conference series but also in future reform initiatives and projects.

With the principle of “Sustainable Accompaniment and Development,” Vietnam Post Logistics hopes to contribute to building a modern, transparent logistics and import-export ecosystem that best serves the interests of businesses and enhances the image and reputation of Vietnamese brands internationally.

The close cooperation between Ha Nam Customs and Vietnam Post Logistics promises to build a solid foundation for connection, helping businesses stay informed about new policies, minimize risks, proactively apply information technology in customs operations, thereby enhancing competitiveness, expanding markets, and improving business performance.

Overseas Pickup for EXW Shipments | Vietnam Post Logistics

Overseas pickup for EXW shipments has become a critical service for many Vietnamese importers looking to gain full control over their international supply chain. Importing goods under EXW (Ex Works) terms is becoming increasingly common, especially in transactions from China, Thailand, India, South Korea, and more. Exporting Under DDP Terms: What should businesses prepare?

Exporting under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms means the seller bears full responsibility until the goods are delivered to the buyer’s doorstep in the destination country, including import duties and taxes.
