Hội nghị triển khai kế hoạch 2026

On January 29, 2026, in the vibrant atmosphere of the early days of the Lunar New Year, Vietnam Post Logistics successfully organized the 2026 Development Plan Implementation Conference, combined with the 2025 Trade Union Performance Review.

The conference was held in a hybrid format, connecting the headquarters with regional branches nationwide, bringing together management and employees with a shared spirit of unity, determination, and readiness to enter a new growth phase.

A Strategic Conference Marking a New Growth Milestone

The conference was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Members’ Council of Vietnam Post Corporation, along with representatives from various departments and functional centers of Vietnam Post Corporation.

Beyond being an annual activity, the event marked a significant milestone, demonstrating Vietnam Post Logistics’ strong commitment to renewing management thinking, enhancing operational capabilities, and strengthening its position within Vietnam’s national logistics supply chain.

Reviewing 2025: Resilience Amid Challenges, Strengthening Internal Capabilities

At the opening of the conference, delegates reviewed Vietnam Post Logistics’ journey in 2025 through a comprehensive report presented by the Company’s Director.

Amid market volatility, intense competition, and rising operational costs, Vietnam Post Logistics maintained stable growth momentum. The company continued to expand operational capacity, strengthen its warehouse and transportation systems, and enhance integrated logistics services.

Alongside positive achievements, the leadership also openly acknowledged existing limitations and unmet targets. This transparent and realistic approach laid a solid foundation for developing a more practical, focused, and feasible plan for 2026.

2026 Strategic Direction: Leveraging the Ecosystem – Accelerating Growth

In his keynote speech, Chairman Nguyen Truong Giang praised the resilience and determination of Vietnam Post Logistics — a young, dynamic company with strong growth ambitions.

He emphasized a key strategic orientation: “Vietnam Post Logistics must further leverage the extensive nationwide network of Vietnam Post Corporation, strengthen internal coordination, and build a solid foundation for stronger momentum in the coming period.”

These strategic, practical, and straightforward directives reinforced unity across the organization and motivated all employees to work toward sustainable growth in 2026 and beyond.

Honoring Outstanding Teams and Individuals

One of the most meaningful highlights of the conference was the commendation ceremony, recognizing collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.

The awards and certificates represented well-deserved recognition for the relentless efforts, responsibility, and dedication of Vietnam Post Logistics employees — the “logistics warriors” who continue to build the company’s reputation and credibility in the market.
