Comply with packaging regulations.
On the envelope or postal cover, clearly state the full name, address, and phone number of the sender and recipient.
Pay fees in full according to regulations.

In addition to the regulations for domestic postal items, international postal items must comply with the following regulations:

Items sent in postal parcels must comply with the State's export regulations and import conditions into receiving countries (based on regulations on goods and items banned from import and conditional import into Vietnamese countries, Postal administration of the receiving country and the World Postal Association).
Do not accept international transportation of postal items containing batteries or postal items containing human remains.
Postal items containing articles and goods must go through customs inspection procedures and must pay customs taxes and fees according to current regulations.
Enterprises providing international postal receipt services ensure convenience for service users and must comply with regulations in legal documents and current documents of agencies and organizations. relevant positions.

- VNPost only accepts BLD goods that are not on the list of dangerous goods.

- Goods must have complete seals and labels and documents proving the finished product from the manufacturer.

- Customers need to declare in the Airmail Declaration according to the prescribed form.
