On the afternoon of November 4, 2025, the Trade Union of the Logistics Company under Vietnam Post (Vietnam Post Logistics) solemnly organized the 2nd Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The event was attended by 80 delegates representing nearly 500 officers and employees of the Company, along with senior representatives from Vietnam Post, in a respectful and warm atmosphere.

This Congress is an important political event for Vietnam Post Logistics in 2025, marking a new stage of development for the Trade Union as it continues to accompany the Company on its growth journey.

Reviewing a Term of Effort and Dedication

During the 2023–2025 term, under the close attention and direction of the Vietnam Post Trade Union, the Party Committee, and the Company’s Leadership, the Trade Union of the Logistics Company gradually streamlined its operations, achieved encouraging results, and continuously promoted its role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees.

A series of practical employee-support activities were implemented, including Tet holiday welfare, Children’s Day gifts, gender and family activities, commendations for employees’ children, and regular care for members during birthdays, family events, illnesses, or hardships. Support was also provided for employees during the pandemic and the subsequent recovery period.

The emulation and commendation movement was strongly promoted, encouraging employees to work enthusiastically and creatively, thereby contributing to improved productivity and service quality across logistics operations.

The spiritual and cultural life of union members was enriched through cultural and sports activities, team-building programs, emulation campaigns, seminars, and exchange visits among centers and departments.

The Executive Committee of the 2023–2025 term demonstrated unity, responsibility, and alignment with the Company’s development goals, making significant contributions toward fulfilling and exceeding many business and performance targets.

Towards the 2025–2030 Term: Innovation – Creativity – Effectiveness

At the 2nd Logistics Company Trade Union Congress, the Congress evaluated the achievements of the previous term, identified orientations and objectives for the 2025–2030 term, and elected a new Executive Committee capable of leading workers’ movements and union activities in a new development stage. Delegates were also elected to attend the higher-level Trade Union Congress.

With the action motto “SOLIDARITY – DEMOCRACY – DISCIPLINE – INNOVATION – DEVELOPMENT,” the Trade Union sets out key objectives for the upcoming term:

• Continue improving the material and spiritual well-being of union members, fostering a civilized, safe, and friendly working environment.
• Promote creative labor emulation, technical innovation, and the application of technology in logistics operations.
• Strengthen coordination with the Company’s Leadership in developing policies, training programs, and high-quality human resources.
• Enhance internal communication, foster political awareness, professional ethics, unity, and corporate culture.

Spreading the Spirit of Solidarity – Joining Hands for a Common Goal

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyễn Đình Cường – General Director of the Company – expressed gratitude and high appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing Executive Committee, especially its role in connecting employees and the enterprise, contributing to the building of a harmonious, stable, and developing working environment.

He also provided important guidance for the new Executive Committee and expressed his expectation that the Trade Union would continue to excel in its assigned tasks during the new term.

Representing the Vietnam Post Trade Union at the event, Mr. Trần Đức Thích – Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Science & Technology Trade Union and Chairman of the Vietnam Post Trade Union – acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Logistics Company Trade Union during the 2023–2025 term.

He emphasized that in the new term, the Trade Union must continue renewing and innovating its activities to meet the needs of the digital transformation era, take the lead in caring for employees’ welfare, and foster creative labor movements. At the same time, it should align with the development strategy of Vietnam Post to build a professional, competent, united workforce capable of contributing to the Company’s long-term strategic goals.

A New Journey Begins

Concluding the program, the Congress expressed gratitude to the outgoing Executive Committee, introduced the newly elected Executive Committee, and elected delegates to attend the higher-level Trade Union Congress. The event ended in a joyful, enthusiastic, and determined spirit, marking the beginning of a new term full of promise.
