JOB DESCRIPTION

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to effectively search for sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Therefore, assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Seeking, expanding, and increasing new customers.
Coordinate with local agents and overseas partners to work smoothly, handling customers’ orders.
Manage and develop the Sales Team, each Sales Executive improves skills, achieves individual goals as well as the overall goals.
Weekly, monthly reports to the Director.

University graduation major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economics, and or related field.
Specialized skill and experience for Forwarding, Logistics, supply chain, and warehousing.
Experience request: at least five years working in a logistics company and experience in the same position.
Excellent command of English (Oral and written skills).

Salary: Negotiable, plus monthly KPI bonuses, project-based incentives, etc.
