JOB PURPOSE:

Manage and develop relationships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics services while identifying new business opportunities. Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing business performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Customer Management & Communication

• Ensure effective communication with both external clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and potential customers.
• Analyze problems and support troubleshooting with customers.

2. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Establish a forum or mechanism to communicate market and competitor trends to the team.
• Propose business strategies based on market analysis.

3. Contract Implementation & Management

• Support the implementation of new or renewed business in accordance with the company’s process.
• Ensure quality preparation of SOPs and other documents for execution by the Key Account Management Team.
• Oversee smooth handover to relevant departments (Operations, Finance).

4. Pricing & Supplier Negotiation

• Understand logistics pricing and cost components.
• Be capable of costing or managing the financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contact and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable contract/tender terms.

5. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Regularly review processes and propose improvements or cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency in customer delivery.

6. Reporting & Internal Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic reports on customer and contract performance.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of logistics pricing structures,warehouse (Bonded Warehouse, CFS warehouse, Cold trans Logistics, Chemical warehouse, DC warehouse…) and supplier partnerships.
• Fluent in English; experience working with international partners is an advantage.
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
